With a mighty IQ of 14, this pleasant fellow has been cursed with the inability to shut his mouth, especially in the most awkward of situations. Friends and family describe this keen bachelor as, " As Cocky as you can get" and "Blissfully unaware of his own stupidity and clumsiness" so we are sure you'll love him.

Having gotten his father to pay large amounts of money so he could pass year 5, Bertram, along with the rest of his family, took an interest in sport after being dragged to tennis lessons as a child, to loose weight.

Constantly showing off his fathers wealth and pretending to be smarter then a mature monkey despite not coming close is an avid past time for this man, as well as failing to pay attention to anything anyone ever has to say.
Completive, cocky and arrogant are all traits that go hand in hand with Bertram, although 9/10 times, he pays off his problems with pocket money making him all in all, pretty useless. Evening paying the best trainers in the world can't make up for incompetence. Despite all this negativity, Bertram is a very loyal and trustworthy man who will drop anything and everything to spend time with his family and friends, a heart of gold but a brain of mush. John Welsh, the annoying brother, who is even more annoyingly good at sport, John welsh is coming up to winning his 5th family olympics in a row and he says nothing will get in his way not even Bertram Welsh although he thinks otherwise, John is a very athletic boy , a trait he has probably picked up from his mothers side and he as well as his family is very competitive and is a strong favourite to win this years family olympics
